Seasons of Dance

Performance 1: 10am
Performance 2: 3pm

Experience changes of Seasons through music and our beautiful dancers as the delightful little ballerinas nourish their bright and colourful gardens. See the Autumn fairies and wood nymphs along with the rich tones of character dancers. Explode into Summer with dance energy and fun in the sun. Be prepared to feel the winter icicles through the dramatic poise and steely stares of the stunning black swans.

Something for everyone and all ages!

pps: The Director of Baby Ballerinas & Co and Central School of Dance - Karen Barker Rogers will be the Guest Judge at CCBB's Open Day on the 17th December 2011

Guest Performers from Central School of Dance will be performing on the day as well!!!

"As a parent I particularly like that the music, dance steps and costuming is age appropriate - I have seen too many of my friends/family young children dancing to songs and doing moves in other dance schools that I feel inappropriate for their age - i like the innocence of your themes and that a love of dance shines through.
Isla responds well to you both and she loves the differing styles of traditional ballet and the jazz body movement. I'm really happy with the open classes too I hope this remains in place (understand not for term 4 though).
Only comment would be to look at streamlining re-enrolment for continuing students and to keep the atmosphere fun and light esp for the non graded ballerinas. The dance combinations are spot on - not too difficult or to basic and the use of props is an excellent tool to make learning fun. Isla loves her time with you so that is what I go on for satisfaction"

"We like the use of props and themes in the program which enhances engagement of joy and wonder in dance. CCBB allows my child to work on developing friendships through sharing and respect. The location and timetable also work very well for us.
The only suggestion I would make for this age group is to allow a bit more variety and freedom in the program to cater for individual expression and creativity. Perhaps some free form movement and improvisations. I think this could also help with stimulating fun and laughter."
