Less than 2 weeks until our Open Day!!!!

How Exciting!!!

Mickey and Minnie are looking forward to meeting all of the Ballerinas at CCBB!!

Just a reminder that Dress Rehearsals (in normal class times) are next Saturday 22nd June to Wednesday 26th June.

All raffle tickets (sold and not sold) and money MUST be returned this week!!
DVD Payments are also due.

Mirrored robes are being installed this Friday - just in time for Open Day.

Thank you everyone for supporting CCBB - we still have boxes of Cookies and Raffle Tickets to sell - with all fundraising money going towards the cost of the robes.

We are still needing volunteers/grade reps for Open Day  :)

What a busy week it has been since the concert - editing concert photos and posting on CCBB Photos FB Page, designing our 2013 flyer and program, working on the 2013 Timetable, posting out DVDs and taking new enrolments for 2013!!!

We watched the entire concert on DVD this week and it was wonderful to see such a magical performance by all of the ballerinas!!! We are so very, very proud!!!
Congratulations Olivia and Lily!!! Thank you for your absolutely delightful (and unrehearsed) welcome!!!
Congratulations to our 3 Guest Dancers from Central School of  Dance - Julia, Madeline and Amelia!!! Thank you for your stunning performances - you were an absolute pleasure and delight to have at our concert!
Thank you to Karen at Central School of Dance for taking the time to prepare dances for your guest ballerinas, for the hire of the stunning tutus and costumes, extra chairs and portable mike!

Week 7

We have another busy week at CCBB  with only 3 weeks until the dress rehearsal on Saturday December 8 at Toukley Neighbourhood Centre!
There will be an extra practice and final tutu fittings for our Grade Dancers on Friday November 23rd - 10am to 3pm - at Central School of Dance, Lake Macquarie.

We are very happy to welcome three special guest dancers from CSOD - Julia Howard, Madeline Denholm and Amelia Denholm who will be performing at our Concert.

Dress Rehearsal
Timetable for dress rehearsal and photos will be emailed to parents in week 9.
Last day for orders for tights and shoes is this Thursday 22nd November (order will be emailed on Friday)

All Raffle tickets and money must be returned asap. All parents were given 1 x raffle ticket book at the beginning of term - please return any unsold tickets.
Concert DVD payments are due now. Preferred payment option - Electronic Funds Transfer EFT or Direct Deposit

Because most of the concert items are longer than originally choreographed we will not be having a compere.
Limited edition concert souvenir programs will be on sale at the dress rehearsal and concert - price $6.

Term 4 Disco

We are also planning a Sleeping Beauty Pajama Party/Disco in Week 6 - possibly Thursday 15th November 2012 - lots of fun games, videos, marshmallows and popcorn so don't forget your PJ's and blanket or sleeping bag :)

We need your help

We would love everyone's help this term as staging a Concert is quite different to organising an Open Day or one-off Performances.

We have a list of jobs for volunteers and your help over the next 10 weeks would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to employ a professional video person for our end of year concert and the cost for a DVD will be $35.

Please let us know if you are purchasing a DVD asap so that we can book our concert date with him.
